Appointments

• All bookings require up-front payment and are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy.

• Payment options include all major credit cards, Apple Pay and Venmo (@allielocharypilates).

Cancellation Policies

• If a booking is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, the paid session will be forfeited.

• If a client no-shows the paid session will be forfeited.

• Running late? Please call, text or email. After 15 minutes it will be considered a no-show and the paid session will be forfeited.

• All sales are final. No refunds, no exceptions.

Expiration Policies

• Intro 2-pack expires 14 days from purchase.

• Single sessions expire 30 days from purchase.

• 5-pack expires 60 days from purchase.

• 10-pack expires 120 days from purchase.

• 20-pack expires 6 months from purchase.
